Social Network Student Assignments
I believe that the implications for the adoption of social networks in a 1:1 school are great. I have struggled with the specifics of the student assignments and if this environment improves the quality of education. So I spent a few minutes searching and found the following resources.

Lausanne Laptop Institute
I attended the Institute in July 2007 and had a great time. I learned new techniques and met some very interesting people from all over the world. Check out our wiki that we used for collaborative note taking ( http://memphismusings.wikispaces.com/ ) .Did anyone attend the conference?
